Dashboard

The Dashboard is the home page of the app, it enables easy access to the most commonly used functions and an overview of key performance indicators to help you manage your on-course experience.

Map

The map overview provides Live Fleet data and shows a full view of the selected course with the current locations of all walkers, riders, and staff carts. Zoom controls in the top right corner as well as common mouse controls allow you to zoom in, zoom out, or view the map in full-screen mode. You can also filter the map to only show a specific cart.

Clicking on a specific cart number on the map will allow you to pull up an additional info menu. From this menu, you can view individual cart driving history as well as send carts a direct message.

Statistics

Your Club’s key performance indicators are represented on the Dashboard using “cards” and each card displays a unique area of focus. Statistic cards include: Pace, Cart Fleet, Rounds, Course Setup, Transactions, and App Users

If your Club has multiple courses, the cards will update for the selected course.

Cart Fleet

The Cart Fleet card displays all currently active carts on a selected golf course. This will allow you to view a count of carts by status type.

Status:

  • On Course – Current count of carts in an active round on the selected course(s)
  • Delayed – Carts in an active round on a selected course that are behind pace BUT delayed by the group immediately ahead
  • Behind – Carts in active rounds on a selected course that are behind par pace (excluding delayed carts)
  • Staged – Carts not in active rounds but have entered the staging geofence (this always includes ALL courses)

Any click on the “Cart Fleet” card opens the Live Fleet page.

Pace

The Pace card displays a calculation of the “average” round duration of all carts on a selected golf course represented in hours and minutes. Pace factors in all active and completed rounds on the course for the current date and can be toggled to show daily, weekly, and yearly average pace.

At the bottom of the pace card, the fastest and slowest rounds are displayed for the selected time-period.

Pace for Incomplete Rounds
IZON will estimate the full 18-hole round duration for carts that have not yet completed the round based on the cart’s current round duration for the holes completed, plus the remaining par pace for any unplayed holes.

Rounds

The Rounds Card displays an aggregate count of rounds for a selected time-period.

Rounds in IZON are considered an authorized start, there is no concept of counting completed rounds, only starts. All players on a golf course are categorized either as walkers or riders.

  • Walker Rounds – A “Walker” round will be calculated when a golfer is using the IZON mobile companion app for that round. The walkers count in the bottom left of the Rounds Card shows the amount of all users on the course who are using the mobile app and have not synced with a cart.
  • Rider Rounds – The Rider count shows the count of all rounds less the walker count.

Any click on the “Rounds” card opens the Analytics/Round page.

Course Set-Up

The Course Setup Card displays the selected course’s setup for the current date.

  • Pin Position – is the scheduled pin placement for the current date.
  • CPO – is the count of holes designated as temporary Cart Path Only for the current date, permanent Cart Path Only holes are not considered in this count
  • Geofence – is the count of temporary geofences enabled on the course for the current date. A temporary geofence might include geofences that designate ground under repair areas or any temporary geofenced areas.

Click “Pin Position” to open the Pin Position Page. Click “CPO” to open the Cart Path page. Click “Geofence” to open the Geofence page.
