Overview
VIP Mode suppresses audible and visual alarms for certain geofences. This mode is intended to support injured, handicapped, or disabled golfers to be able to play unencumbered by distractions from commonly geofenced areas (e.g. Greens or Cart Path Only).
VIP Mode must be set at the IZONGOLF Screen using the below instructions.
Activating VIP Mode
Watch this video and follow these steps to activate VIP Mode for a cart in a round or about to start a round.
In-Round
In-Round:
- Quickly tap five times (5x) on the “To the Center” yardage (yellow yardage number) in the yardage box on the hole-view screen
- The app menu appears on the left. Then, select “System Menu“
- Enter your club’s 6-digit PIN access code and press ENTER.
- Select “Enable VIP“
- The yardage box will display a badge “VIP Enabled”
The 6-digit PIN access code is unique for each club and may change from time to time. For assistance please see your Club Administrator, or contact your dedicated Customer Success Representative.
Before-Round
Before-Round:
- Quickly tap five times (5x) on the image banner at the top of the home page.
- The app menu appears on the left. Then, select “System Menu“
- Enter your club’s 6-digit PIN access code and press ENTER.
- Select “Enable VIP“
- When the next round begins, the yardage box will display a badge “VIP Enabled”
The 6-digit PIN access code is unique for each club and may change from time to time. For assistance please see your Club Administrator, or contact your dedicated Customer Success Representative.
Deactivating VIP Mode
Follow the activation steps described above, and toggle the VIP mode OFF.
VIP Mode will turn OFF automatically when the round ends.
